The process was very easier but there was no instructions when I received my medication on how the dosage was supposed to be injected. I had to look on Reddit and google how to administer the medication

I would have liked more details on the process beforehand. Like, the processing and sending over to the pharmacist and what I’m exactly what I’m getting shipped to me. I thought I was getting mini pin injections pre measured. It’s hard to see where 12.5 in on the needles. Also at what point do I use the anti nausea medication?

Initially, responsiveness was very quick, but as I expressed concerns, responses took much longer. My concerns? The promise of 2 day shipping and that pharmacies would not ship on Fridays, which is very important when dealing with meds that should be refrigerated at all times. My first order with them was sent from the pharmacy on a Friday, and in the possession of the UPS for FOUR DAYS. IF the meds were packed with freezer bags, they would be completely melted by then. All they had to say about it so far, is that tempurature testing has been done and the meds would not be compromised. They did not address the shipping promises that were not kept. I don't care what they say. Room temp tirz is unacceptable! Their response was unacceptable.
