Fifty 410 gets top stars from me. The customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve messaged I got a prompt reply and all my questions answered. Shipments were speedy and I liked having payment options.

Timely and Efficient I first submitted my inquiry to Fifty 410 on a Tuesday. By Wednesday morning, I already had responses from their team with instructions to order based on their review of my submission. The product was delivered to me via Fed Ex on Friday morning. I was very impressed and highly recommend!

They don't put enough cooling material and disabled my account. I had originally put a review up that they did not put enough cooling material to keep my expensive medication at the correct temperature. Then they prompted me to log back in a few days ago with a reminder to order more and when I tried to log in, the system told me that my account had been disabled. All this instead of putting enough cooling material in their packages.

Really happy with my Fifty410 experience. It was my first time ordering with them after switching providers and it was a seamless experience. I placed my order on Tuesday and received my meds by Friday. There was a slight issue with my order (not because of Fifty410 but rather the shipping company) and their customer service was incredibly quick to answer my questions. I’m looking forward to working with them again soon!

Excellent customer service, not only via the patient portal but also from facebook support page and the app. Nurses always answer any questions within several hours. Very efficient ordering process as well as fast shipping!

I like the promptness of the responses - It usually takes 5-10 minutes before someone will text you back - if they can't answer your question, they let you know that someone else will address your issue and approximately how long it will be.
