I have used Fifty 410 several times in the past for my injections and everything's gone wonderfully. This past order I had an issue. I spoke to customer service and they resolved it within a week. I really trust this company and love the care and customer service.

I was happy with the consulting and the delivery service. But on my latest order, I experienced a bait and switch with pricing. The initial cost in the morning for my desired refill (no change in strength) was $329 for a 4-week supply. I clicked that option and arranged financing for that amount. In the afternoon after a consultant reviewed my order, the price increased to $359. Not a huge increase, but it's the principle of the matter. I inquired about this price jump and even shared screen shots of the pricing from the a.m. when I initially paid. The response I got was a canned response about periodic price increases beyond their control, yada yada. As a result, I chose to cancel my re-order and the financing. Fifty410 should ensure that the pricing is ALWAYS up-to-date and not changed from a refill request to the consultation step.

Quick and effective drugs

I PAID for the 15mg 4 week plan 399. Only after paying i was told this was no longer an option. I was then forced to purchase 10mg 4 week plan an have to use 150 units(2 shots) to get my weekly dose. I also confirmed days before purchasing if my payment options were up to date they confirmed it was. Day after they collected my payment I was told it wasn't but I could upgrade my package but that cost was over 1k... total bull$hit. BTW the same plan i PAID for is still up on the company website but yet I was told it was not available. I'm totally not happy with the bait and switch.

Easy; Educational; Supportive; Transparent; and Quick! Fifty410 has a great community platform full of support and education. I do wish the app was secure enough to house the patient portal. But other than that, I feel they are doing wonderful!
