I am so happy I found Fifty410. The process was very easy and fast. The best part is the customer service. My messages were generally answered in 20-30 min or less. The answers were specific and personal. Great company!

Poor shipping
My 2nd shipment came in and I opened UPS box right away. Ice was melted and vials registered at 90f. I send text to you on Friday after 5 pm regarding this matter and did not hear from your team until Monday am. You told me vials are fine. I have a hard time beliving this ( these are multi use vials, it’s imperative that content is safe to use ) and as a healthcare worker myself i’m well aware how cold chain transport works. Besides, my first shipment was fine. It was in Styrofoam box, shippend from TX and by the time it got to me in FL ice pack did not even begin to melt. I would have GLADLY paid extra 30$ to get my meds packed properly and shipped from pharmacy mere 166 miles away from me. I don’t understand why you don’t offer that and leave it to your customers to decide for themselves if they want to take a chance on their meds overheating. Dissapointed to say the least.

Very reliable
So far my experience has been great. The intake was easy and time efficient. My order went through quickly and I received my vials fast. My refills arrived within a day but I ordered on a Wednesday. If you order Thursday or Fri it won't go out until Monday. I feel very happy with them.
