I started taking tirzepatide the last week of August 2025 from Fifty 410. I started with Fifty410 based on a recommendation from a friend who was using them with success. I like the user feedback too and got some tips from other users on the app. I follow WW by drinking a lot of water and tracking everything I eat and watching my macros daily in the WW app. WW combined with taking the weekly shots really works. WW alone worked for me but the weight loss slowed down for me to the point I got frustrated. Once I started taking the tirzepatide shots the weight came off much faster. I've lost just under 40 pounds since mid August. I just reordered the 6 month supply for Pro RX from the Black Friday special so I'm excited to see how much more I can lose. So far I haven't had any bad side effects.
