I was with Fifty410 for 9 months, my entire journey was only with them with no problems. What started my final straw was when they had a “special” on prorx. It was listed for 3 months $699, the 6 months $899. It was better deal to get for $899. So I ordered. The very next day had the 3 months listed at $549 which I would have ordered for that price. I went to portal and told them I wanted to change to the 3 months listed at that price, they said they couldn’t because already shipped. No, it had not shipped. So I asked for $150 refund for future purchases, nope too bad. THEN it was announced week or so later(by a person on the app) that Prorx, certain dosages (no not mine) was recalled. Apparently the recall occurred before they announced their special which really was suspicious. Again I went to portal and only reply I received was from customer service. Was told would contact the “appropriate” team members. No one ever acknowledged my concerns, frustration and yes I was angry by this. I asked for superbill and said I didn’t think I’d order from them again since was not resolved. Got my rx and then they blocked me from fb group and the app! It was hurtful, and disappointing. I was very active on both sites. I realized then that me being active on their sites, spending $$, referrals meant nothing. They love to censor any negative reviews, or complaints so no one ever sees them. Do your homework, they are more expensive too. Keep your eyes out

The process for refills has always been such a breeze. But I was exceptionally impressed when having to refill while out of state for work, there was no issues and once again easy breazy!

I had a great experience with Fifty410. I was about to use another company being heavily promoted by an influencer I like and decided to google the company which led to a Reddit deep dive on providers. The company I was looking at was double the price of Fifty410 and had way worse reviews on trustpilot and from people on Reddit. There were two other companies I looked at off of reviews and this one seemed best overall. They were easy and fast. From initial paperwork to prescription at my house it only took 4 days without any sort of special rush put on it. Hoping they add more products in the future.
