At Payment I should see what I'm paying for - doses, vials, total amount of mg...
Not knowing what doses I'm going to receive until delivery is a large concern. This should be prominently displayed on the payment page - how many mg & how many vials will be delivered should be clear. This is important because social media posts complain about receiving doses they weren't expecting, or unknowingly purchasing smaller amounts/lower doses or micro-dosing amounts by a variety of vendors. I was happy to receive clear instruction papers, needles, and alcohol swabs. I was especially happy to have an extra volume in the vials in case of accidents. I appreciate the patient portal after the initial submission, but a FAQ or chat module would be helpful for simple questions since the website isn't concise. The nurse was helpful, and I appreciated her presence.

Be Sure To Have Proof of Previous Dosage
It was a simple process for the most part. Prior to Fifty410 I was on 15 mg of Tirzapetide however, they would only start me at 7.5. They asked for proof that I was on the 15 mg and I had thrown everything away. I found an old email from Emerge showing my dosage, however they would not honor it as it was “old.“ I have been on the 7.5 mg for three weeks and have not lost 1 pound.
