Not at all impressed with the nurse practitioner. I just finished 4 weeks on the same dose and was ready to move up to the next dose. Instead she lowered my dose. It’s all about the money here! They’re not actually interested in the weight loss.

Honest and straight to wha you need.

The pharmacy they were using stopped producing the medication so I was promised the same price but given 1 day to select the new product and since I missed the window they refused to honer the price originally offered. Their site to communicate is not effective and more of a one way communication from them. They shipped the medication on Friday and it’s Monday and it won’t arrive until Tuesday. I hope this whole time it was in transition that it was actually refrigerated or kept at the temperature that it should be to maintain the efficacy/potency. The only reason I’m staying is because of their price other than that I never receive any feedback from the supposedly review of my record every time I have to submit a questionnaire. I asked two questions during my last questionnaire filled out and never received an answer!! The only way to communicate with them through email and then you wait to receive a response through their patient portal. Thank goodness I have my own doctor that is ensuring I’m having a labs completed.
