Switched from local health clinic to online ordering.
My initial sign up was easy, online communication was immediately set up, and approval was within days. Initially I ordered one months worth to get familiar with the process, the timing, the instructions, etc. It was great, so my 2nd order was for 3 months. Quite happy so far!

This is my second time using Fifty 410
This is my second time using Fifty 410. Loved it the first time due to the super fast shipping. I got my purchase in a couple days. This time around is different. I purchased 7 days ago and still have not received a shipping delivery update. If I would have known it would take so long I would have purchased elsewhere.

Fifty 410 has become a complete scam
Fifty 410 has become a complete scam. I have ordered 1 month supplies of Tirzepatide from them for the last 10 months. Now all of a sudden their policy has changed as you must order a minimum of two months of medication or your order will not be processed. Please note that there was/is no medical rational given for this change in policy. This is simply a scam to force clients to pay more for each order of medication. I would not purchase any medication from this company.
