Good customer service but bait &…
Good customer service but bait & switch? I signed up (no cost), and got a quick reply/approval to order. The website gave pricing and I signed up for the 3-month plan at a significant cost savings from the 1-month at a time plan. When it came time to order, the 3-month option was not available "we just found out today" - and they had no way of notifying me when the 3-month option would be available again. I will have to keep checking. All that said, I went ahead and ordered the 1-month supply. The rest of the process was seamless. If they don't have the 3-month supply available after I complete this cycle, I will likely change vendors.

Package left in hot sun
Have not yet started using my tirzepatide. I know this is not a Fifty410 issue but the package was left in the grass on a hot and sunny day. I don’t understand why the person delivering it did not put it on my shaded porch. I am not sure how this will affect the medication. Also - wish there was more transparency about what pharmacies you use - the one that sent the meds was not the one listed.

Overall experience has been great
Overall experience has been great. I was applied and was approved same day. I think the fast approval had to due with me being on a glp1 already. I paid for my medication on a Wednesday morning and it shipped out Friday for next day delivery. I will definitely be getting my refills through Fifty410. Thank you!
