Still waiting …
I haven’t received the product yet and I’m a little concerned. In the business world of manufacturing all companies need to know where they stand with ongoing orders at any given to time. You can’t operate efficiently without knowing this. So I asked when can I expect my order and the person literally tells me they don’t know! Then she goes on to say that it takes a couple of days to process the order. If that’s the case then they are severly understaffed and that doesn’t boost my confidence in them. Then she said that it then goes to the pharmacy which can take 3-7 days! Let me tell you, if I had told any of customers something like that they would have cancelled and never bought from me again. I understand that there’s a lot of these companies starting up but getting product out the door, efficently and quickly but you must be able to tell your customers when they will receive their order. The companies that do this will be successful and will leave the others in their dust. This company came highly recommended by a few friends who are currently customers and I’m hoping I will be able to recommend them too in the future.
