Hi Sio, ------------ NOTE: This review hasn't been verified yet by Trustpilot. We requested more info from the reviewer so we can verify the review if it's based on true experience with our brand or maybe some of our competitors are writing fake reviews again. ------------ Thank you for your feedback and we genuinely appreciate your kind words about our unique prints. We understand that you have compared us to some well-known brands in the industry, which we find flattering. However, it's important to note that while these brands have made significant contributions to the fashion industry, they operate on a much larger scale and different business models compared to us. FIERCEPULSE is a small family-owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a more personal touch to our service. Each one of our products is printed on demand and handmade, each print is hand-drawn by our in-hose designers, features that we believe sets us apart in the market. We deeply care about our customers and strive to provide top-tier service to each one. While we respect these big brands, we also appreciate that each brand, including ours, offers different aspects of value and style. Therefore, we don't necessarily aspire to be the same as them, but rather focus on upholding our values of Quality, Innovation, Sustainability, and fostering Community amongst our customers. Upon reviewing the rating on Trustpilot for each of the brands you have mentioned here is what we found: 1. LULULEMON - overall rating 2.0 stars - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.lululemon.com, over 65% of the reviews are 1 star. 2. BOYNAD YOGA - overall rating 2.8 stars - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.beyondyoga.com , over 65% of the reviews are 1 star. 3. CARBON38 - overall rating 2.0 stars - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.carbon38.com 4. ALO YOGA - overall rating 1.5 stars - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.aloyoga.com 5. FREE PEOPLE - overall rating 1.6 stars - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.freepeople.com Based on the Trustpilot reviews most of their customers are dissatisfied with their product and customer service. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied and enjoy a unique product that was made especially for them. If you have any further concerns or suggestions on how we can improve, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. -- Best, Customer Service Team

----- UPDATE: We reached out to Hillary twice to make it right, both times we got no response from Hillary. ----- Dear Hillary White Singer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your purchase didn't meet your expectations regarding sizing and quality. At FIERCEPULSE, we strive to offer accurate sizing information for each of our products. We understand how crucial the correct fit is for our leggings, and we're continually working on ways to improve this for our customers. We've recently introduced a fit assistant, a tool designed to suggest the best size for you based on your body measurements. We encourage everyone to use this feature on our website for future purchases to ensure a more satisfactory fit. You can access the fit assistant here: https://fiercepulse.com/pages/size-chart or on every product page if you click on "what's my size" We want to reassure you that all our products are made with quality in mind, printed on-demand, and carefully hand-sewn for each customer. We are always striving to improve and your feedback plays a crucial role in that process. We do have a limited return policy due to the custom-made nature of our products. However, in instances of quality issues or incorrect items, we are committed to making it right. If you believe your product falls into these categories, we kindly ask you to reach out to us at [email protected] with relevant details and photographs. Your satisfaction is important to us and we'd love the opportunity to improve your experience with us. -- Best, Customer Service Team

Dear Sdinfo We're truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our products and customer service. At FIERCEPULSE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, and we regret that your experience did not meet those expectations. We understand your concerns about the transparency of our leggings when stretched. Our leggings are made using a white base fabric, which allows us to print our unique and vibrant designs. When stretched, you may notice the white base color slightly showing through the pattern. This is completely normal and does not mean your leggings are see-through. It's simply a characteristic of our printing process, we are glad to have more than 1500 positive reviews on our website: https://fiercepulse.com/pages/fiercepulse-reviews Regarding our return policy, as a print-on-demand business, we create each item specifically for the customer who orders it. This is why we currently offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds which is stated on every product page. We understand that this may not be ideal in every situation, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value transparency and we do not control reviews. We believe that all feedback, positive or negative, helps us to improve our products and services. We take your feedback seriously and we're committed to making things right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss this further and find a resolution that works for you. Once you verify your identity contact details our friendly customer service team will reach out to you. Best, Customer Service Team
