The Fulluptuous was very disappointing. It did not deliver the results from reviewers that seemed to work for me except for the tingling that was uncomfortable. The gloss seemed to seep into my lines above the lip and no plumping resulted for me.

Most of our customers do notice more volume, definition, and smoothness within 10 minutes! Our Fulluptuous Lip Plumper + Hydrator contains Ultra FILLING SPHERES™ that work to start filling in gaps in your lips; this helps to immediately start plumping your lips For a more immediate enhanced effect, you can try applying liberally for additional plumping and over-lining (going just outside your lips) can help a lot with lip oil products like this! As you mentioned, most of our customers do report that this has a tingling sensation, although quite mild. We’re incredibly proud to share that our Lip Plumper is Dermatologist Tested and came back as both non-sensitizing and non-irritating! We're hopeful that you'll give our plumper another try with these new application tips, but regardless, we have issued a full refund for this item.
