Fiera Concealer is hands down the best I’ve ever used! It blends beautifully, covers everything I want without looking cakey, and actually feels good on my skin. I honestly don’t know how I lived without it before, it’s become a must-have in my daily routine. Total game changer!

I really didn't expect much from this product, I've had actual burns on my lips from other well known products, but this lip plumper is a VERY different experience. My lips went a lovely pink colour and I could feel them plumping up! No pain, just luscious tasting pretty plumper lips

This lip plumper doesn’t last very long on the lips. I’ve never used one before but it like I have to reapply it frequently. It tingles no problem. I like the color. Just don’t think I’ll purchase again. Too expensive for what you get.

If perhaps you're looking for a more immediate, enhanced effect, you can try applying liberally for additional plumping and over-lining (going just outside your lips) can help a lot with lip oil products like this! Love the product, hate your shipping partner. You have issued me two refunds in the last month because for whatever reason, the USPS can’t find Main Street in the easiest town in the Midwest. Somehow, my $140 shipment was “returned to sender”, but it was completely without my involvement. I didn’t know until a week or two after it didn’t show up and I was researching where my products were. The second time I ordered through Amazon, and your shipping partner again failed. I got a second refund. But why and where is the disconnect? When I I need to reorder. I will try a third time, but if I have this experience again, I will find new products.

Good things about Fiera: there is a good line of products specifically for older women. There are only one or two items I have not tried. My favorites are the Apple Stem Cell Serum, the Bakuchiol Facial Treatment and the Apple Stem Cell cream. For this type of product, the pricing is appropriate, and is less than many other well-known comparable brands. To be honest, I do not follow the regimen recommended by Fiera, so my results are likely going to take longer. But I do love the way the serum and creams make my skin feel, and I will continue using them. Not so great things about Fiera? An unnecessary re-branding that changed not only the packaging but also some of the amounts on some of the products. Also, call me spoiled, but shipping seems to take longer than most other items I order online, so be sure to order your refills well before you run out. *Be sure to check your email preferences, too, or you will get a lot of email from them.* I have not needed to contact Customer Service, so I can't speak to that. In summary, I'll just say that overall, I'm happy with the products and pricing. There's always room for improvement, of course, but Fiera is on the right track.
