The heated hand muff i bought is excellent; the purchasing experience was outstanding. I appreciated the sale price and wish to make two suggestions to improve the usability of the muff: 1. The strap buckles slip loose easily so when attempting to insert your hands, the muff slips down. This is annoying but i think i could use something on the strap to prevent slip. I recommend a little velcro patch or something on each end of the strap to arrest inadvertent loosening 2. The hand inserts are snug—too snug for my 5XL hand. I recommend an adjustable opening so users can custom fit the muffler opening to accommodate large and perhaps gloved hands.

Customer service is freaking awesome. WILL recommend and WILL buy again and again.

Customer service figured out the problem first phone call and immediately replaced the defective battery. The jacket is exactly what i needed and looks good. It heats up quickly and can be adjusted accordingly. New battery is excellent.

It stacks up well against other evaporative cooling shirts. Just a heads-up though, they're insistent on your review.
