Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team. Thank you for purchasing multiple jackets from us, the items all have a 1 year warranty including the battery. Most of our batteries have an ON/OFF button, this allows batteries to maintain a small amount of charge even over a long period of time, which keeps them operating even back to 2020. Should there be any issue you can reach out to [email protected], our customer service team will take care of you. Thank you!

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review, and it's great to hear that our heated gear makes a difference, we can imagine the cold Alaska winters can be tough even during the day.

Hi, this is the Fieldsheer team. The Pro Merino sock has become our most popular sock, it has heat over and under the toes and extended heat times up to 4-5 hours on the highest temperature and 16 on the lowest. We also introduced a 2nd color - Teal. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.
