Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer team. Thank you for the positive review and experience. Heated socks are a game changer in keeping toes warm, and we love that you like the bluetooth feature that allows you to control temperature and monitor battery level from your phone or smartwatch.

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer marketing team. Thank you for the detailed review and experience with the hunting vest. We have 3 camo lines of heat apparel, all from well known camo companies, and we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship put into every piece. They are designed to be worn without the heat and be just as comfortable, then of course the bonus battery powered heat when it's needed. Enjoy and thank you!

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming by Fieldsheer marketing team. Sorry to hear you had to return and purchase a different size, we know that can be a huge inconvenience. We are always looking for improved processes so that customers can select the correct size on their original order. We have both a static size chart and interactive question/answer feature that helps customers elect a size, and we are now testing a "Try Me On" feature that allows customers to see the item on their own body (with photo upload). Thank you for working through the size issue with us.
