The fido alert support team went out of their way to help me, especially a young lady Olivia. I had to change some information due to a family illness and she made sure everything was correct in case my boyfriend would ever get lost. They gave me a lot of peace of mind in a difficult situation and I'm very grateful!

I ordered a free fidotabby pet tag I was charged $1.00 and something for the shipping and some kind of letter I had to order twice and never received my pet tag they keep sending me down a rabbit hole trying to get more money out of me don't order anything from them fidotabby is a scam because they kept on trying to get more money out of my card it kept sending me alert messages to my phone

Order placed on October 3rd 2025, I never got it. I think they charged my card twice. Whenever I would try to get ahold of the customer service they asked me if my mailing address is correct and if I have a mailbox, each time I answered yes & I even sent her a picture. I asked her what is she going to do about my lost order and she stopped responding

Another damn ripoff co. I purchased some dog tags for my pups, it's been 15 days and have not received them. Sent them an email, stated I no longer wanted them and I would be disputing the charge with my CC co. Since the time that I haven't received my tags, I looked at other reviews and many had the same experience that I've had. We have to shut down these types of businesses, although they'll probably change their name and continue on.

Scanned my dogs tag code - and NOTHING! No name, address, phone number. NOTHING! This “free” service is probably a marketing tool where they get your info and sale it to other Companies.

I ordered on April 6th and just got my tag today April 19th. I wanted to leave a good review since I was also skeptical about this company due to the reviews. I had seen an ad for this company on Instagram months ago and just recently decided to try it for myself. I rarely ever care to write a review but this is important to me. I had lost my dog recently so that’s why I felt inclined to try this company. I do want to note the tag is free and so is the process but I choose to pay the $1.89 for postage and packaging not sure if that made a difference or not. Anyway, anyone who’s worried about loosing their doggo get this tag.

I bought two tags one for each dog. Took a long time to receive. One of my dogs lost all his tags. I contacted them to see about a replacement. Three days later all I have is an email that they r looking into it. Unacceptable. If my dog was lost that three days is two days too long! Don’t expect them to do anything but take ur money. SCAM

Ordered my tags 2/2/25. It’s now 3/3/25… they said that don’t give shipping details/ tracking details because it could affect production. BULLSHYT! they also said that if it doesn’t come before or on 3/10/25, to “circle back” I spent $7.87 on these tags and I still haven’t gotten anything as far as a notice that they have my items shipped.
