Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for taking a leap of faith with us, and for sharing such an honest, reassuring review! We completely understand that discovering an independent label with fewer reviews can feel like a gamble. Hearing that your cashmere/wool trench arrived right on time, beautifully packed, and exceeded your expectations in both quality and charm means the world to our studio. We put endless care into every fold and fiber, hoping that unboxing feels just as special as wearing the piece itself. Thank you for trusting our team from the very start. We cannot wait to keep wrapping you in effortless warmth and timeless elegance. With all our gratitude, The FIBFLX Team
