Dear Ann, Thank you so much for your sweet note and gracious understanding! While our in-stock pieces typically arrive swiftly once dispatched directly from our atelier, carrier transit can occasionally take a little longer than expected. We are always fine-tuning our express shipping routes to make every delivery as smooth as possible. For your next order, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]—we would love to personally prioritize and expedite your parcel so it reaches your hands in the fastest time possible. We are always here for you at [email protected], and we hope your new piece brings you effortless elegance and lasting comfort. Warmest regards, The FIBFLX Team
