FIBFLX has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Truly. I had a sizing issue which they immediately and went beyond to remedy. Their responses were prompt and so polite. Everything was shipped in record time for having come from overseas and the quality of my three sweaters is exactly what you would hope for given that the higher cost. I will definitely purchase more in the future and highly recommend this company.
