I have three pair of White Mountain shoes. I wore one pair in Europe last August and they were great. My feet weren’t sore at all .

These are comfortable and cute to wear. Nice padding for my feet. I do have smaller foot width, which it is nice to have the Adjustable velcro. I normally wear an 8-8 1/2, but I got these in a size 9 and they fit well. Clark flip flops are comfortable and cute!!!

WIsh I had checked here first - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The item never arrives and they have no customer service but an automated system. AND while htey have an american flag at the top left of their website, do NOT be fooled. My tracking shows the item coming from Austria. I ordered 18 days ago and STILL NO PRODUCT

Scam - no item, no refund

Complete scam. Never received my product, went back and forth with their "customer service department" that can only be contacted via email, and they refused to refund my money. Complete scam.

Scam! This company is terrible. They advertised a product at one price, at the checkout screen it was another price, and then I received two order confirmations with higher prices. I immediately requested to cancel my order and the company is refusing to cancel my order. Their customer service team is absolutely terrible, telling me that I will enjoy the product, so there’s no need to cancel. Do not buy from this company!!

I haven't purchased from this company as I've been burnt already. It looks like this could be the same/similar to the company who ripped me off for cheap quality fairies/dandelions and Magic Metal Kinetic Sculptures that I never received. They say made in USA or Australia but too late you find out after when you paying it off on paypal that they based in China...and then when you complain ....they haggle and then the company/ email address disappears when you insist on your money back....not sure how they able to bypass Paypal's standards...have not bothered complaining to Paypal, as one reviewer mentioned they were unable to help in this regard. They probably change company names and carry on. Be very weary who you give your hard earned money to out there people.

I ordered 2 of the letter piggy banks. They took 5 weeks to arrive. One was missing a screw, but was otherwise well-made and as advertised in the photos on their website. The other was made of a cheaper type of wood and the stain was poorly applied. The wood was unsanded and very rough-looking and put together very poorly. It looked like a cub-scout project gone wrong. I am still in negotiations with fiancrework. Their first offer was a $4.00 USD refund. Considering I paid $28 for EACH bank (including tax and shipping), I found this to be a ridiculous and insulting offer. In spite of the photos I sent them, they have not acknowledged the poor quality of the items beyond repeating "We are very sorry you are dissatisfied." Their final offer appears to be a full refund IF I pay to return the items to China, which would obviously cost me as much as the items themselves. I would NEVER buy from this website or any of the other numerous names they market under.
