Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had this experience with our product. We do state in our returns policy that the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The item you purchased is a universal fit specifically made for seats with built in seat belts. As it's designed to fit a wide variety of vehicles, we can normally suggest that it will work but the fit on different seats can vary. Our covers have multiple options for adjusting the covers to achieve a better fit! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you were confused by the product you purchased. The seat covers your purchased are not Custom Made. They were in fact a universal set. As they are universal, they come in one size and are not tailored for your vehicle. It is unfortunate, as we do have Custom Made for your vehicle, but you purchased a different item. We do apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can have the chance to make it right for you.

Our team has been trying to assist you for the past month and requested additional details to address the fitment issue, but we understand you preferred to return the item instead. We agreed to process your return, but once the chargeback was initiated, we were unable to move forward with a refund.
