No service, twice two deferent orders/deliveries items were left at the front of common property for anyone to collect, instead of the actual unit. How is it a successful delivery, if the drivers ignore the actual address and the multistory apartment block is threated like a free standing dwelling occupied by one family.

The first delivery, the package was correctly addressed to be delivered to the local pharmacy but the delivery person decided to go around the back of the building and leave the parcel in a pubs doorway, where anyone going to the pub had access to the door, the package went missing, I had to get a refund from the seller. Fast horse refused to take responsibility for the loss. Next delivery was supposed to be today at the same address to a pharmacy that contracts to NZ POST...I get notified by email that the parcel cannot be safely delivered? No answer from fast horse by phone or email, but fasthorse have already contacted the seller saying the parcel cannot be delivered and they are sending it back to the sender??? The original notification said the parcel is on board with the courier at 1pm, at 3pm I was emailed saying it can't be delivered and at 7pm I get an email from the seller.... Very shady company as the pharmacy was definitely open and I contacted the pharmacy they said that nobody had tried to deliver a package from fasthorse today.

Marked parcel as deliveried when it wasnt. There is no way of getting in touch with them. Sent 5 emails all with no reply or automated replies

Our house is down a long driveway. The smallest letterbox for letters only at the top of road in full view of everyone. Left parcel 3 times the size of letterbox in suburb of Howick. Sent picture showing how they tried to stuff it inside but couldn't...picture shows 50 metre driveway with heaps of parking plus secure area for deliveries. Only courier to do this. I am not home till after 5pm so fingers crossed it isn't stolen or broken. Hate that online shopping company are now using this crowd. Will not be shopping there anymore if the continue with this courier company.

Why did your postman throw the parcel into my door????? Is it a rubbish?? I ordered a very expensive distance measure, and it was calibrated. if he broke it, you would buy me new!!!!! anyway, I'll check the calibration

Every time they try to deliver on days no one is at home, there is no option to specify a day. Now the package is being returned to sender. There's no way to contact support, I get an automated response no matter what I try.

This company have the most stupidest delivery drivers everrr. My parcel was left outside my place of employment which is a school. The school was closed for the day and still the driver left my parcel beside a letter box after hours. Yes behind a fence which can be easily climbed by whom ever. The driver took a picture and sent in an email. The letter box is Over 100m from the front entrance and can not be seen from the school admin block. I arrive extra early at work praying my parcel is still there, and of course it’s not. Oh and it was a rainy day and rained all night. I have never ever had this done to me before. Why couldn’t the driver put a note in the letterbox to say he couldn’t deliver and could I go pick up parcel at a certain place. Really disappointed/frustrated/angry. I paid SHEIN $71 for my order. The worst is I can’t even contact this company.

What the actual f—k? They stuffed a HUGE package in my small mail box, the lid of the mailbox was completely upright and the package was just out in the open. It could have easily been stolen or got rained on and there was no way I was able to receive other mail today because of this. We have a courier box by our gate, and the gate was open so it could have gone on the front step too. I’ve never had a package delivered like this. What a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
