They are so bodgy my package they say was delivered but no photo and I have no idea where they left it it certainly wasn't at my door. You CAN NOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE ! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE . THE HUT USES THEM AND WONT USE ANYONE ELSE MY MERCHANDISE IS GONE AND THEY ARE UNCONTACTABLE . VERY POOR TERRIBLE COMPANY

This company is meant to be delivering parcels from Timu. When the parcel did not arrive I looked at the tracking details and saw that they said there was no safe place to deliver it. We have had at least 5 other items delivered to this address from them, so when I tried to contact them, I could not get anywhere and Timu only had AI-created answers. The latest entry in the tracking list says that we requested a change of delivery time which is completely untrue. Temu you are being thrown under the bus and included in this company's appalling service and reputation. In Delivery The recipient requests to change the delivery time. Does this company actually exist? My packages are weeks late and there is no way to contact them... I have put a chargeback through PayPal for what I bought from Temu as they are just as bad.

Delivering to a business address. First time in 14 years working in this address Fast Horse couriers had no safe place for the parcel in 2 attempts to deliver during office hours. Reception and warehouse inwards⁰ goods were open in the alleged delivery dates and time. My colleague had the same experience. She decided to go to the Fast Horse Express (NZ) depot to pick up her parcel after courier's 2 delivery attempts.

Driver drove past the delivery address to the building at the back. Didn't even go into the reception of that building and gave the package to a complete stranger in a commercial storage yard. I was able to see events unfold on security cameras the next day. Would be good to have the option to choose your provider when ordering from an overseas supplier. Definitely wouldn't use if I had the choice.

Well, Fast Horse Express should be called Dead Donkey Losers. Despite a clearly printed address label they delivered to the wrong address - a house and not my office - not once but three times. The 1st delivery, the folks who received the parcel called me and I went and collected it - thank you to this very honest lady. Fast Horse's responses was, and only after I proved to them that they delivered to the wrong address, was to declare the parcel lost and that I needed to go deal with your supplier. On the 2nd delivery, the driver calls me and says he is outside and come get the parcel. I ask him what address he is at - you guessed it, the wrong address. Now, this wrong address is 200 lot places away (1.5 kms) from the correct address! So I redirect him to my office. However, the 3rd parcel is still missing and according to FH it is because I didn't respond to their call. Yeah, nah mate, that'll be a furphy. On the 4th delivery the driver comes to my office. So I ask him, what address is listed on his run sheet? Yep, you guessed it, its the residential address but he chose to follow the address on the delivery label. So, the Dead Donkey Award for the worst most incompetent logistics service currently operating in Australia goes to Dead Horse Express(less)

i got a message saying my parcel was delivered at 1:06 but i still dont have it #delivertheparcelplease

I have received a notification that my order has been delivered but I have not received it for whoever was the driver did not drive into my property but he put my order in my mailbox and my order has disappeared from the mailbox
