FFWD has got things figured out. This is my second order with them. Both of them required a few questions from me to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. They were quick to respond with real human answers, not a bot or someone from a foreign country that doesn’t understand the products. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled everything and delivered great products on time. I know that I’ll be back someday, and have already recommended them to others.

What I liked is the customer service got back within hours to answer my question on shipping. I really like the profile of these rims and the internal width was larger than others. Fits my 28mm tires great and really was a perfect upgrade to my 2017 TCR. Shipping was a couple days, wife was home to sign. What's not to love?

This was just a small order for a longer rear axle for my track disc. I was so happy they had the part available and sent it quickly. It's nice to be able to deal with a company that can help solve a relatively minor issue.

The process of buying the wheel online was smooth and easy. The updates on my order were timely and company were excellent. The shipping service that was to deliver the wheel was poor and untimely, but that does not diminish that the product was exactly what we wanted and hoped for.

Shopping, payment, and delivery of wheels was seamless. Impressed with the packaging and instructions for assembly. The DT Swiss style hubs are very user-friendly, and it's nice having wheels come tubeless-ready with valves already installed. Local bike shop fine-tuned my rim brakes so they'd make contact where specified with user-oriented stickers on the new wheels. Excellent shopping, delivery, and installation from FFWD.
