First time to acquire carbon wheelset. Changed my mind and I submitted a second order (RYOT 55) to replace my first order (RYOT 44) while in transit after speaking with Jon. He accommodated with a return shipping label included in the replacement order. Coincidentally, shipper then lost original package while in transit. I called a second time and Jon ensured that a claim was submitted to the shipper to alleviate my concerns and ensure I was not liable for loss. Ultimately, original package was found... refund then processed and 44s delivered a week later than originally expected. I slapped on the return label and shipped back to FFWD. Thankful that I was not put on hold when I called FFWD and was connected with a representative who was knowledgeable and service oriented. Thanks FFWD.

these rim brake TYRO II wheel set have 28 mm outer rim width that fits too tight with my current brakes, I called the shop and they couldn’t advice on which brakes to get. something to look for when you’re thinking about buying these rims
