Honestly really frustrated with the customer service experience and the lack of communication. I have had nothing but problems with expedited shipping, inaccurate information posted, and lack of response from customer service actually addressing the issue. I am trying to be patient and understanding, as shipping issues aren’t always the company’s fault, but the lack of communication and the long response times is really frustrating. My event is coming up in 3 days and I guess I am going to have to turn to Amazon to find something that will come in 2 days. Really sad and disappointed.

I don't think the quality matches the price. The quality is absolutely not comparable to the designers where "they're produced". So many sweaters and dresses have broken in the first 6 months I owned them.
