The returns process took SO LONG. it was 15 days after the package was delivered before I got the refund. I know it says 7-12 but that’s really long

However, on our website it sates that please allow 14 business days(excluding the weekends and holidays) for the refund to be processed once received your return! However, on our website it states that things ship within 7 business days and then the time it takes to transport to you can vary! If the item is able to ship from our NJ warehouse, then we offer express shipping (you can see this option when checking out). Pros: Cool concept for a company, cute clothing and designs. Making an exchange was pretty easy. Looking forward to what new things they come out with. Cons: Sizing runs quite small and I imagine is not very inclusive for plus sizes (speaking as a standard size 6/8). Quality is also hit or miss - for example, the second time I tried to zip up a dress I purchased, the pull tab just broke off.

Dresses were great quality, but sizing can be hit or miss. Shipping time was relatively long. Requested a size exchange, never got the exchange. A full return was processed instead

I bought a few things from Few Moda, I was specifically attracted to them for the style and price point of their garments. I would say, you get what you pay for. Shipping was extremely slow (one of my orders took literal months to arrive), fit was just ok. Of the items I kept, all seemed to have weird fit issues. Like straps that don’t stay up, and minor alterations were needed.
