Hello! We know our ship times can be longer than anticipate. However, on our website it states that things ship within 7 business days and then 2-4 business days for the delivery! If there is anything we can do to make this right, please reach out to [email protected]!

Hi Kate! We are so sorry to hear that our shipping takes so long and returns can be longer than some people might anticipate. However, on our website it states that things ship within 7 business days and then the time it takes to transport to you can vary! Normally, if the item(s) is/are able to ship from our NJ warehouse directly, it will take around 5-7 days for you to receive and 3 business days if you purchase the express shipping, which is only available when checking out if all items are available at our NJ warehouse. If the items ship from our overseas warehouse, it usually takes 9-12 days for them to arrive. For the returns, on our website it sates that please allow 14 business days(excluding the weekends and holidays) for the refund to be processed once received your return! Hi Catherine, We are so sorry to hear that you haven't received 2 of the dresses you purchased, you found our shipping process takes a long time and our sizing isn’t consistent based on what you normally wear. For the shipping process, on our website it states that things ship within 7 business days and then the time it takes to transport to you can vary! If the item is able to ship from our NJ warehouse, then we offer express shipping (you can see this option when checking out). Also, we are currently working on our sizing and the products' fit as we know there are some improvements to be made.
