The clothes are great. Two things that were a little disappointing so far: I was really hesitant to make a purchase for the first time because I read the policy that if you purchase a membership and buy clothing, even if you return the clothing, you cannot be refunded for the membership, so you're basically paying $40 just to try on some clothes. Luckily I ended up liking what I bought but I would have signed up months ago if it had been a lower-risk situation. The other thing was that the clothes took a while to get here, almost two full weeks.

Loved the experience of buying and love the clothes. Have not yet received my clothes but I’m sure they’ll be great. Unfortunately, an item I purchased and planned on wearing on vacation was miscounted and not in stock. Otherwise, great!

Great selection of items however shipping can be slow. Overall I am obsessed with them and love shopping here!

Really enjoy the site, the dress I got wasn't the same color as online so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I really like the styles and different colors. The items are pretty unique and are of super amazing quality but sometimes the sizing is kinda off. Thing’s definitely run smaller in some things. I don’t like the return policy for members. 14 days to get a refund on an item is too short. If we are paying for this service as a member the return window to get a refund should be at least 30 days especially since it takes so long to get the items sometimes.

The dress came exactly as pictured, it's lovely. Looking back, I would have sized down in my purchase, just because I do have to get it altered because it is pretty long on me. I'm 5'2, and the small is to my knees, but other than that I am so excited to wear it!
