I placed my order and it was confirmed. Several days later I received an email that said" due to demand there will be a delay in your shipment " not a very good way to treat a new member. I signed up just to make the purchase.

In fact, you order was shipped from our overseas warehouse on June 11th. We sent the shipping confirmation email on that day. You are able to see the tracking updates when it's ready for the domestic shipping(around June 17th). So you thought that it's taken more than 5 plus business days to ship.
