Beautiful material can’t wait to wear it out

The experience in general was good! The only reason I am giving this review a 4 star is because I thought that the quality of the River dress would be better. The River dress is a similar style to the Emerson Poplin Midi Dress on Abercrombie, but surprisingly, the Abercrombie dress is better quality. The other 2 pieces I got were amazing!

Shipping etc was all great, dresses are nice but the colors are misrepresented online and are more muted in person.

Overall happy with the quality of the clothing!Would like to see more new styles and also sizing information from users to view accurate sizes

Love this dress and get so many compliments on it. Plus it has pockets, but unfortunately it does wrinkle very easily

I purchased a dress and the membership a couple weeks ago. I received the order exactly a week later. The dress is great quality and I received so many compliments on it. Having been so pleased with my first purchase, I immediately placed a large order on April 2. It was shipped promptly, but there are still no tracking updates. I’ve reached out to customer service and they responded promptly explaining that updates will soon show. They also reached out to me today, stating that the order has been delayed in customs and they even extended a 10% off discount code. I appreciate their proactive customer service and have had a wonderful experience with their team, however, having done additional research on Reddit for reviews of their shipping processes, this seems to be a reoccurring issue… I’m so sad because I really thought I hit the jackpot when signing up for my membership, but if shipping is going to consistently take this long, I’m not sure it’s worth it and I’m unsure if I will renew my membership after the initial three months. I hope they can get these shipping issues resolved - If they do, I’ll be a member for life.

The package came very quickly and was shipped neatly. My one concern is that the sleeves sit at very top of my shoulders and I might need to use fashion tape so that I don’t lose a sleeve when moving my arms around. The dress overall is very flattering and lightweight

Easy returns make this a good experience, but quality varies among the pieces. What I thought would be a favorite dress of my order got returned because the lining stopped halfway down the skirt of the dress. Because of the fabric, it was visible and looked cheap. However there were two other dresses with great quality and weight. A bit of a mixed bag, but again the easy returns meant I wasn’t too upset about it.
