Sizes are not consistent throughout the different brands. I returned half of my order and the refund processing times are slow.

The quality just isn't great. The styles are cute, but you get what you pay for.

I loved some of the items but I ordered six and two had issues. One dress had multiple loose threads/pulled out stitching. Another item was a set that only came with the top, not the bottom. Customer service has been helpful, though.

Its such a great idea and the clothes are amazing. Some items are hit or miss but whats more frrustrating is how often they are sold out of styles. Theyre customer service is very good though. I reccomend it to people

Some of the clothes are great but some feel like horrible quality. And the fit really varies. Wish they added a few more new styles (looks like they have a ton of styles but most have been on the site for years) The return window is short and its only USPS which is something to be careful of and it takes a while to get a refund.

The sizing was all over the place, half my items came inside out like someone had already worn them. I was just disappointed in having to return to exchange so many items!
