I actually really do love the clothing I've received so far but the delayed in shipment, my tracking number being messed up and my biggest package doing missing is just annoying. Now I have to wait another 6-9 business days to (hopefully) receive my package. I understand the package going missing was probably USPS's fault but, Few Moda told me it shipped on 12/25 and USPS told me it "delivered" on the 23rd so not sure what went on there.

Hi Casey! We are so sorry to hear that! We have double checked and found that your missing package shipped on 12/22 and delivered on 12/23. It’s just that we fulfilled it on 12/25. The reshipment order has been departed 2 packages. One package(5 items) has been shipped from our US warehouse. It takes around 3-5 business days for you to receive. The other package(one item) has shipped from our overseas warehouse. It usually takes 6-9 business days for it to arrive. Shipping was fast and great! My reason for a poor review was because the quality of the dress was pretty bad. The slip was longer than the dress in places. The smocked back was see through and didn’t have much hold or stretch. The top was gaping if you left it tied the way the picture showed but if switched to a choker cut into neck so much. Overall SHEIN quality for $65 had to return.
