Received clothes that were clearly worn (make up stains and ripped). Returning was also a hassle as return labels were provided incorrectly.

Previously a long time customer and recommended Few Moda to all my friends. Recently noticed I was charged tax for a clothing order and as a PA resident (also where the order was shipped to) clothing is not a taxable item. Asked for clarity and its been over a week with no clear answer. Really disappointed and seems shady. Customer service has been evading my questions and been less than helpful. Not the experience at Few Moda I am used to. Not sure where this tax is going, certainly not to the state. At this point I am escalating the matter to the state attorney general of consumer affairs to get some answers. I would have paid more for the clothing if they increased prices but this is just not right.

Ordered a dress almost a month ago, paid to have it shipped pretty quickly (including prepaying duties), once it arrived in Canada on May 28th, it’s tracking info said “in transit” — one map has it sitting in the south end of my city since then (it’s now June 13th), another map says it’s still in New Jersey. Was supposed to arrive “between May 28-June 11th” and I still don’t have it. It seems like they use a pretty unreliable shipping service.

We checked your order and found it was placed on May 26th, shipped from our overseas warehouse on May 27th, and delivered yesterday, that is, 7 business days after it was created within our 6-9 business day shipping timeline.
