I ordered from Festive and 8 weeks later when I emailed them about my order, they claimed the shipping company “lost” my package. I asked for a refund and they claimed the shipping company refused to reimburse them so in turn, they could not afford to reimburse me. I asked what the insurance I paid was for and they then offered to reimburse me for my items but not the shipping charges. The shipping charges were MORE than my original order. Nope… I want all my money back…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… not trustworthy.

It said delivered but no package was received I would like to know what happened to the package and it has been 32 days since I placed the order

The skirt and top are well-made and feel comfortable. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than expected, but worth the wait.

I love the set and the top fits flawlessly. The pants were a couple of inches too long for me, though, and the shipping information stalled for a few days which was a bit worrying.

This blouse is lovely! The lightweight cotton feels great and the elastic neckline stays put. The embroidery is just as detailed as it looks in the pictures online.

The piece itself is stunning with no loose threads. The sizing seems off, though - I ordered a medium and it fits more like a small, so I'll have to exchange it for a larger size.

The liquid satin on this dress is gorgeous. All the details are right - the slit height is perfect and the zipper is so smooth.

This jumpsuit is beautiful - the fabric feels like washed silk and the wide-leg cut is just as promised. The bust darts could be a bit deeper, but that's an easy fix.
