I placed an order 12/5/2025. Never received the package. Have been going back and forth since 1/7/2026 for a refund. Responses have been made through email stating my account will be refunded within 10 days — 7 months later. DO NOT order thinking your receiving from Macy’s. Total scam.

I purchase clothes early February and I never received anything nor any email information. Certainly I was SCAMMED. It was only $38.65 in Macy's Clothes. The monies was deducted from my bank account 02/05/26. Terrible how there's so many SCAMS online. It true what they say, If its too good to be true, its NOT.

Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will never receive your order. They are a scam company. They should be arrested and locked up from taking money from people. I know that their parents didn’t raise them to be criminals or maybe their parents are the ones who taught them how to be criminals anyway they should be locked up and the keys threw away

I ordered $44. In shoes & coats on 1/12/26 but have received no goods, no shipping date no order confirmation. The only thing I received was a withdrawal on my credit card. No way to contact this vendor for an answer to my questions. TOTAL SCAM! Skip this place.

I placed an order what I thought was Nordstrom, when the transaction was completed it shows Looksetfetsive, $71.99, was paid from my bank account, on 1/16/26, as of date no confirmation, no package and no way of contacting them. I have since reported same to consumer affairs, we need to shut them down. It appears to be scam/fraud.

Ordered winter coats through NordstromRack.com. Did not receive an order confirmation. Credit card was billed for full amount under name estorefetsive.com. Never received merchandise. Tried to contact fetsive by instructed means. Unable to get in. No phone number. Filing a complaint with my credit card.
