Major issues with Fetch Service
There are a few major issues with this service over the past few months that I've been using it. Mind you, I didn't choose this service, but my apartment complex bills me for it monthly, so I make use of it when I need to. Here are some issues that I've experienced: 1) Lost Packages On two occasions Fetch has lost packages that were delivered via Amazon. In both cases Amazon delivered multiple packages to their facility, but I didn't receive all of the packages that were delivered. In both cases the Fetch customer service representative wrote me the Amazon delivery person was at fault despite the deliveries being tracked to their facility. 2) Rescheduled deliveries without notification Fetch has rescheduled deliveries without notifying me that the delivery has been rescheduled too many times to count. I've had deliveries pushed back to the following day for multiple days, and no with notification. I've learned to proactively check the Fetch app to see if an expected package is still being delivered at the expected time. It would be great if the app could some how notify you that the scheduled delivery time for a package has changed. 3) Poor customer service Customer service is pretty bad. As far as I know, there is no phone number to speak with a service agent. To report an issue you submit a form via email that has a predefined set of issues that you can report. The bot the replies to your emailed issue is pretty bad. I've had it respond back to me asking me to supply the same information multiple times. The bot experience is horrible. The email experience with human agents isn't much better. I'll get an acknowledgement that my issue is being investigated, but no follow up.
