These guys don’t need stars they need poop emojis. How is it possible for Amazon to deliver to them and then my package gets delayed or lost there? I’m convinced this company was developed and is run by fraud convicts in federal prison.

Lost/stole my $100 package. Facility employee was rude and unhelpful. No phone number to actually speak to a human regarding issue or refund process. Unresponsive to email.

We our forced to use Fetch at our apartment complex. Trying to connect with customer service is a joke. I literally told the bot 9x all the information it asked me to provide and it still repeatedly sends emails back asking for the same information. I asked for a live agent. It will not patch me through to one. I've had several lost packages. Packages not delivered on time after being scheduled in the time frame. Auto schedules were not auto scheduled. It was to the discretion of the Fetch operators convenience. At first things were going well. Now... Not so much. I'm considering paying for a locker at a postal location for future packages. Update to add: they "found" the package and then blamed me for not attaching my Fetch code to my shipping address. I literally sent them a screenshot of the entire shipping address where you can clearly see the Fetch code after my last name. This company is a joke!!

Fetch Package just lost my package worth $1,242 and is not taking any responsbility despite the fact that the package was specifially signed for. USPS does not typically require a signature - I paid for the service and a signature was specifically obtained; however, Fetch is trying to claim that they never received the package. They are liars and thieves - their customer support is completely useless and does not take any responsibility. This is the second time they have lost my package. This service is completely unreliable and has caused so many issues.

They basically slow down the entire delivery process. My package was lost, and contacting customer service made the situation even more frustrating. Their support is handled through email, with no live agent available to call or even chat with directly. For a simple package that Fetch had already received two days earlier, I had to contact customer service and exchange multiple emails just to locate it. They finally found the package, but now it won't be delivered until tomorrow! So, instead of simply receiving my package when the original carrier delivered it, I have to wait more than three additional days and deal with a difficult customer service process.

Since moving into the hub in Tampa and using the fetch service, which I am *forced* to pay for, I am beyond frustrated. Fetch has repeatedly lost my packages and damaged my items—something that should never happen! I've contacted them over and over, sending receipts and pictures to prove everything. Yet, to this day, I have not been reimbursed for a single thing. It’s absolutely infuriating to be paying for a service that keeps destroying and losing my belongings, despite the fact that I have clear proof they've been delivered to their location. This is unacceptable! Update:::: I just got a response from fetch from my review. Clearly they didn't read what I wrote. They informed me to contact the same email that I've written to over 10 times and still nothing has been resolved. It seems like it's the same customer service that I receive over and over again ignoring the fact that my packages have been crushed, broken and either lost or stolen even though I have pictures that they've been delivered to their facility. Where are my packages!!!!!

Couldn't update address when I moved so the packages went to the old address. No phone support. Said they delivered it correctly when I created a case.
