It should be zeron star if there is an option for it. They lose your package, refuse to take any respobsibility, ignore complaints and waste your time by all means.

Fetch will lose your packages and will never compensate you. They stole 10K+ worth of medicines from me and only avoided communications and obfuscated the issue. The delivery woman said the package was delivered but it never arrived. This being a big box of perishable items that need refrigeration. Avoid this packaging service if you can. If they say here they have address my concerns I assure you that they have not. I would avoid to live in any building that requires using this service. Update: A month later they avoid responding to emails and of course you cannot call them. They do their best to avoid compensating the 10K this cost me. They only AI generate vacuous automatic responses like the one below. I see many people have lost a lot of things of value without compensation. I think this might be ripe for a class action lawsuit. I do not know if this is a possible forum for people to connect and make that happen. Update July 10, 2026: They gave me a ridiculous sum ($500 for a medication costing over 10K that I had to suffer through being without for a month while they made it seem like a solution was always around the corner) as compensation. As I told them that I knew they would do, they kept avoiding responding to me, would never call despite me asking them tens of times to please do so, and answered with mostly cryptic answers suggesting a solution was soon coming. The tactic is to wait until a solution appears which is what I told them in writing I thought would happen. That they would wait long enough for my medication to be issued in the next round, at which point they can use their own statues as an excuse not to compensate. It is an incredibly unethical and disrespectful behavior towards human life and suffering. This is their business model and how they make money. People can work for them for cheap because they know they can steal packages without the company worrying about it. This company does not deserve existing.

Package dropped off by Amazon with a picture shows delivered. They weren’t in the office so didn’t take custody of the package and someone came and took (stole) the package. Fetch unwilling to help. Wouldn’t use if I wasn’t forced my apartment.

The absolute worst delivery service. I recently had an important same day delivery which I’m forced to send to Fetch. It gets delivered and Fetch plays dumb , claiming they don’t have it. Their customer service, which poorly uses AI prompts — they said it would be delivered the next day. The next day comes and they cancel my delivery. So to recap Amazon same day delivery turned into 3 days of waiting because Fetch absolutely sucks. And I’ve written to help at fetch.com , 0 response. I hate that I have to use this company.

Constantly delayed packages and there is no real customer service team or platform. Predatory delivery company if you ask me. 0/5.

Lost two of my packages. Completely ignored my request for help.

WARNING: do NOT use this service. MY first and LAST time using this, and the only reason why I did is because my new apartment building including this service as a MANDATORY fee in the rent price (bullcrap!). Anyway, the first time I used it, my packages were lost/stolen. They don't even have a customer service phone number, the app is a joke, and the only way to contact them is through email. A bunch of different reps (that clearly don't communicate with each other) reply to your email thread asking over and over again for the same information. SO SO SO BAD! One of my packages was equipment for my work that I had to come out of pocket for, and the other package was a gift from a dear friend. What a circus for a company!!! I am still in the process of at least getting monetary compensation.
