Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Missing package and they won’t reimburse me, neither with the place I bought stuff from because the package was signed due

Fetch: High Failure Rate, Zero Customer Service!
My apartment building started using Fetch right before I moved in, and it's a disaster. I pay $16 a month for a service that is not usable and forces me to have packages delivered to friends' homes, so I don't have to deal with them. I recently gave them another try to see if the service had improved. The first package arrived one day after arriving at Fetch; not the end of the world. The second package has gone missing, and there is zero reliable, non-bot-provided customer service. No number to call, no one to talk to, just text messages, emails, and DMs that take about 24 - 48 hours to get a generic response.
Edit to reply to Fetch:
One of your agents replied to one email saying “sorry, you won’t get your package today, we’ll let you know when we know more” and then heard nothing else until I escalated with my building manager. I would hardly call that being assisted by one of your agents.

I live in Mesa AZ
I live in Mesa AZ. after moving in we were notified by the leasing office that they were forcing all tenants to pay for fetch. We don’t have to use it but we have to pay for it. For anyone thinking about moving into an apartment community PLEASE be aware of all the charges added in after your base rent. When I first moved in the extras were about $80 now they are over $200. These services like fetch are scams and the apartments that use them are getting kick backs.

Hello, Kim.
We're sorry to hear you aren't using Fetch services. Fetch is a legitimate solution for community managers and a solution that gives residents more control over their deliveries.
If there is something we answer or assist with, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Complete waste of money and time
Edit in response to their reply: No, large items aren't necessarily furniture or expensive, and no, the delivery person does not help you with them (they sure didn't for me, either time). A simple Chewy order counts as a large item.
In sum, as was said by other reviewers, the only reason Fetch exists is because it's mandated by apartment managers. We are forced to pay $20/month for this terrible service, and it's a complete waste of money.
Large packages have a large delivery window, and you must be present to accept them. Why? Why can't they just leave it with the building as every other package used to be? What benefit does this provide to me?
They lost my package a couple of weeks ago, then would only reimburse for the exact amount paid for the products. I hunted forever to get those deals, the products aren't even available anymore, and they won't do anything about it. Pay me for what you lost, Fetch.
Building managers - please, please do not force this on your tenants. They will experience the same pain as other reviewers.

Hi, Greg.
We can appreciate your feedback and hope to share information that you will find helpful.
Large packages tend to be more expensive items or they require more than one person to deliver (think furniture), which makes it crucial that we have that in-person delivery. Additionally, oftentimes our drivers help the residents get these large items (again, think furniture for example) into their residence.
We're very sorry to hear that your package was deemed lost. We are never happy to hear when a resident has this type of experience.
If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Avoid Fetch
I'd rather give it (minus) -☆☆☆☆☆'s
WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE! & their customer service is even worse!! For a company that handles your FEDERAL MAIL, you'd think someone, ANYONE, would actually speak to you on the phone instead of texting like we're in high school!
My husband's employer put us in our apt complex, or I'd never use this service. From late to lost packages, to taking no liability or responsibility, they are a disappointment. My mom sent a package on 2/8/23 from Idaho. We have printouts from the post office that says "FETCH" scanned & accepted that package on 2/10/23. Fetch never notified me. Now, 11 days later, they say the post office must have given it to the wrong person. 🤬
2/14/23, they received another package, never notified me. They must have found it somewhere & delivered it a week later!!
I've read so many reviews, & the replies from Fetch...... they can kiss off with their "sorry about your experience or inconvenience, we're working on it" nonsense. No, they aren't. & clearly, as a company, they don't care.
I literally have EVERYTHING printed out from the post office, & Fetch is STILL denying it!
What's sad? Is not even having a choice to drop their HORRIBLE service & PITIFUL customer service!
I will say, there is ONE delivery man that's always on time & very helpful. That's it, 1 person out of an entire company at their Richland Hills/Fort Worth, Texas location.

Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Fetch requires you to be home for large packages to sign for it, and they give you a 4 hour window for delivery. They then lie and say that they've attempted delivery, but that you the customer failed to meet them, when in reality no such attempt was made. Last night for their first "attempt" they said that I was not there, and then they said they'd try again in 30 minutes. Knowing they would lie again I sat in my doorway, with the door wide open, and waited. When I got the second notice that a delivery was "attempted", a blatant lie just like the first time, I then reached out to their "live chat" and they wouldn't respond to my question. "How was a second delivery attempted, but failed, when I'm sitting in the wide open doorway and no delivery person came?" Haha, they just didn't respond and now I have been given no option for rescheduling. It's just said for the last 12 hours in the app that I wasn't home and that "We will notify you when you are able to reschedule". This is a joke, and apartment complexes all continue to use the service because it allows them to pass the buck of blame for missing packages to someone else. I don't know how this isn't illegal. Fetch workers must be making a killing in"missing" packages smh

Hi, Ahmina.
We sincerely apologize for your experience and understand how frustrating this is.
After reviewing your account, we do see the agent has taken the necessary steps to look into this situation. This is passed along to the facility and the manager will take actions necessary with the driver. We absolutely want to ensure that our procedures and protocol are followed as instructed to our drivers and our teams.
Again, please accept our apologies for this situation.

2 day shipping becomes 4 day shipping.
The only thing fetch achieves, is getting your package to you day or more later. Two day shipping, becomes 4 shipping with they are involved.
Fetch often has the packages delivered to them by about lunch.
The delays are caused by:
- taking to long to scan in the packages
- not having available delivery times that day because of the delay in scanning or limited capacity.
- cancelling delivery windows
The only reason they still exists is because apartment managers mandate their use.

Poor Service
My apartment complex, Denim Scottsdale, decided to use this service instead of the parcel locker room we have.
Since using it, 2 packages have been lost.
one was delivered to the wrong apartment, and they don't seem to be anything about it.
THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE
