awful. Fake shipping from Spain until you email them asking why its taking so long... then they send you the real China tracking. Quality of the shirts are absolute garbage... they're offering me a $9 refund on $80 order.... I was also charged $96 on Paypal even though my order confirmation says $80. So shady and now taking it up with paypal

Festival houses sent my package to wrong address so I never received my merchandise. They have given me the run around for over a week and only solution they offer is to refund purchase minus shipping and handling. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Never again. They are not customer friendly at all

They won't take returns The product is absolute garbage - cheap fabric, cheaply made in China. I am trying to return the shirts, unopened and in perfect condition, and they will not take them back and offer a fraction of the cost as a refund, despite my meeting the criteria in their "refund policy." DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered in plenty of time to receive before St. Patrick's Day. Today is 3/22/2025 and still have not received! If I had known they were shipping from China I would not have purchased from them! Website said it would ship from the US! Tracking said it was delivered to me 3/19/25 and it wasn't. I feel ripped off and pissed. Asked for a refund and am still waiting for a reply. Don't buy from them!

My order was supposed to be a certain amount. They charged me over 20% of that, and when I immediately emailed them about it to cancel my order, the company just responded with some "we'll look into it" response and put the order through anyway. Do not do business with them.

I placed an order for a shirt on March 3, 2025. Today is March 19th and it has not yet arrived. The website did not state the item was shipping from China. In addition, I emailed them the same day I placed the order to request an immediate cancellation as they added extra fees to my order. It was quite ridiculous. They did respond and asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained it was because of the extra fees and that I needed it by a certain date. They responded again saying the extra fees were charged in error and they would refund them. I think they may have done that, however they would not cancel my order. I find that ridiculous as well because I emailed them within the same hour I ordered. The item did not ship until March 7th according to the tracking information.

Ordered a few items for my gf and I for Mardi Gras. Ordered a full month ahead of time. They send emails on tracking package. Contacted courier via email about arrival. They gave me a different link which had different tracking information and country of origin! The package that was delivered was only one item, very poorly made!!

It took me over a month to receive the mardi gras tee shirt. It arrived after the date needed because they closed down for Chinese New Year. Also, the shirt that I received has a print on it and not beads like in the picture on their website
