How hard is it to call people back?
Called about one of the skid units. Was told someone would call me back. 3 days later I requested information about the same unit via webchat. Same response. 4 days later, the skid unit I called about is no longer listed along with several others. Obviously Fenton just likes to look like they have equipment for sale.

Brandon, I understand your frustration and I thank you for your input. We have taken it to heart. We are advertisers of fire trucks and the related equipment and as such we are able to pass along your contact info and follow up. After that we hope and trust that the seller will contact the perspective buyer. This happens 99% of the time as the seller is normally keen to sell their equipment. Unfortunately the person who owns the skid unit you are interested in is not one of those people. He submitted his skid unit under another name than he had in the past. He actually owes us money for a past listing and has not payed the invoice in over 3 years. We do our best to screen sellers so that you have a positive experience and get what you require in a timely manner. We are truly sorry for your experience and are working to ensure others like your self dont have a repeat experience. Feel free to contact us to discuss this matter further.
