We have been in business 35 years and have never had a worse offer for dealer set up. The high commitment and low discount for margin was laughable. We will continue to sell the brands we trust and that want to help their brand grow. We believe in mutual partnerships not one sided business.

Terrible service, terrible product, the only reason I put 1 star is because it wouldn’t give me the option for 0 stars.

Ship orders out on time, it Shouldn’t take two months to receive an order. It makes it really hard to keep purchasing Feniex products.

Not customer service at all or technical support

Vendor doesn't meet deadline or keep appointments. Vendor said they offered GSA pricing however at the time of purchase they did not. Service reps DO NOT make appointments, basically no call no shows

I despise dealing with Feniex and their lights suck. Customer service is terrible and almost no one speaks good English or understands English.

I ordered my controller in February and it’s still on back order

Ordered & paid for 4x fusion amber 6-led light heads online at feniex.com, instead got shipped 4x amber T-3’s. I’m running a business so I don’t have time to play customer service email/phone tag & mess with shipping so I just went out and bought all whelen lights at a local distributor/installer instead. I guess i’ll put my new unwanted t-3’s (that I overpaid for) on my atv/ flatbed trailer or something one day since they are now just sitting on the shelf in my shed.
