This company is not worth the money…

This company is not worth the money they charge. I had one appointment with my provider and started the prescribed medication. After a couple of weeks, the medication actually made my symptoms worse. I reached out to customer service to get a follow-up appointment as soon as possible, but they simply directed me to schedule online. When I did, I found that my provider only had three available slots for the entire month — the earliest appointment was nearly a month out. I’m paying $99 per month — for what exactly? I had no real access to my provider, and no follow-up was ever scheduled to check how the medication was working. Despite this, I received daily text messages prompting me to refill a medication I had to stop taking. Then, after confirming a scheduled appointment via text on Saturday for a Tuesday session, I received another message on Sunday saying my appointment had been canceled. I had to call customer service again and, thankfully, they were able to reschedule based on the confirmation texts I saved. At this point, I fully intend to cancel my membership after the appointment I’ve already paid for. The cost of the membership and medication — without reliable access to a provider — feels like a waste of money. It’s like paying a monthly copay without actually seeing a doctor. After doing some research, I’ve found several other highly rated companies that don’t charge a membership fee and only require payment when you actually meet with your provider. I regret not researching more thoroughly before signing up. I would have only given them 1 star, but I liked my provider so they get 2. Hopefully, this company will improve its service and transparency moving forward.
