Even 1 star is too good for them. I will NEVER buy any of there products again. I spent £420.00p on a shredder with a supposed £60.00p cash back. I filled out all the required details, copy of invoice, etc and was then faced with even more requests for information along with a time imposed dead-line. The time I wasted cost me more than the cost of the shredder in the first place. I never got my £60.00p cash-back. Don't bother to ring them because they never answer the phone. They are an absolute disgrace.

Had the shredder for less than 3 months shredding approx 30 sheets a month. One of the shredding rollers stopped rotating. Contacted Fellows regarding warranty whom required a full maintenance plan (for a home shredder) and proven maintenance before even considering any action.

No response from after-sales to written complaint. Would not have purchased shredder (Power C15) and bought from another brand if I'd known how poor they were with customer engagement. WIll never buy Fellows again.

Absolute rubbish! I bought this about a year ago and have had nothing but trouble. You can't feed the paper in straight down. You have to go in at a sharp angle on the right hand side for the paper to catch. It jams up at the drop of a hat and other times the rollers fail to stop spinning! Customer service has been non existent. Do not purchase!

Zero customer support. Zero customer support. The shredder has an issue so I contacted Fellowes support for advice. They didn't even bother to reply.

Within months of purchasing a Fellowes shredder, the Bin or Basket cracked from the bottom up on 1 side. In addition, the shredder jams up after individually shredding approximately 10 sheets of paper. I contacted Fellowes but regrettably did not retain the receipt so they denied my request for a replacement Basket; adding that they do not stock parts for this model. I had offered to pay a portion of the replacement cost. I will never again buy a Fellowes product.

Poor. There is an issue with the shredder but 'customer 'service' haven't even bothered to reply.

Never buy this productive just made that mistake you get it home and read the instructions and low and behold you need to oil it after each bucket ful( Used to have a car like that in the 70s) Then i look for the oil none so one shred and i need to go back out to get the oil there so tight they could not of put a smaal tube in to at least get you started. Furious not the word
