Awesome customer service. My anklet didn’t fit me and it was promptly addressed and new one sent. I would buy from them again, no question.

Absolutely thrilled with my Feetz Halo Stack Anklets! They’re elegant, lightweight and look stunning stacked together. I love the simplicity of the design and the mix of gold and silver — they go with everything! Shipping was incredibly quick, and the anklets were exactly as pictured. A little tip for anyone purchasing: you don’t actually need to slide them over your foot! They cleverly open, making them so easy to put on and take off. Such a great feature! Beautiful anklets, effortless to wear and a fantastic shopping experience. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Thank you so much for this. We love that you're wearing them together. Gold and silver side by side is exactly how the Halo Stack Mix is meant to be worn. And thank you for the tip. You're right: we designed the Halo with a hidden clasp, so it opens around your ankle instead of sliding over your foot. It's made to be worn every day, and we're so glad it's become part of yours. With love, The Feetz & Co. team 🤍

I ordered the Halo Anklet but it just didn't fit right. I love the look and style, but it was a little too big and got stuck below my ankle bones. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately responded with exchange options. They helped me decide on an appropriate style and the exchange process in under way. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention and the satisfactory resolution!

Well I had issue with the size I just emailed them and they already processed the change . Hopefully new one fits me. And it does look pretty. But once I wear my size I will know more.
