What an amazing experience. The quality of the Halo anklet was top shelf, packaging was above tasteful. Although there was a fitting issue, customer support was exceptional, and the issue was resolved within hours. Honestly I am shocked at how our order issue was resolved. We will be purchasing more items from Feetz.

I had a situation with one of the anklets that I bought. I reached out to customer service. They came back to me in under 24 hours and gave me great options to resolve the issue in terms of a replacement. I asked for a different product and was happy to pay the difference. They haven't asked me for the additional money and have already processed the order to send me the new anklet that I have asked for. No additional money, no additional cost for shipping. The most seamless experience I've ever had with customer service. Well done to Reg. Very grateful. 100% recommend.
