Purposely makes it hard to cancel subscription

Definitely one of the most frustrating websites I use it is unwieldy and definitely not user friendly. I find myself moving on to the next website for news on more occasions I haven't quite given up on it yet but I'm really close

Feedly ist technisch und personell unausgereift. Mir ist es trotz offizieller Anmeldung nicht möglich mich einzuloggen. Meine Daten werden nicht erkannt. Nun ist der Account "locked" wegen zu vieler Login-Versuche. Mir wird ein Passwort-Reset nahegelegt. Doch dorthin komme ich nicht einmal, da schon meine Emailadresse in einem "missing or invalid state" ist. Es gibt keinen Support, es gibt auch kein Impressum. Sehr schattig, das alles. Finger weg.

Signed up for Pro+ to get access to AI search, but was unusable because almost all AI search terms are paywalled for Enterprise customers only, so got no value out of the Pro+ subscription. Avoid unless you go for enterprise - Pro+ is a sham.

All the good AI features are locked behind the pro + subscription which only offers annual billing. I even reached out directly to see if this could be changed but no luck. Honestly there is no good reason to not offer monthly billing for the pro +. Very unimpressed. The features of the pro only version are limited are very average for the price. Definitely not worth it. Would not reccomend paying money for it.

Love it and will continue using it. I am confused as to how or why it has this many negative reviews. It is by far the best RSS manager and search helper with RSS feeds. I like INOReader too but feedly is still the best at finding RSS feeds with their search engine. Also, the support at feedly is fantastic. They are humans who respond to you which is rare today.

Probably the most difficult website I've ever had to navigate. I don't see a point in following new websites being so difficult
